Welcome to the Viola website (the "Website" or "Viola").
These terms govern your use of the Website ("Terms of Use").
Use of and/or browsing of the Website via any device, computer, or phone is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
The user confirms that they are over 18 years of age.
All references in these terms apply equally to all genders; masculine wording is used for convenience only.

Terms of Use:
• This website is protected under Israeli and international law.
• You undertake not to make any unlawful use and/or use that conflicts with these Terms or the services provided by the Website.
• Users must use the Website for lawful purposes only.
• The Website may not be used for commercial purposes unrelated to this business.
• The Website may not be used for illegal purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or transfer Website content, or any part of it, to another entity.
• You may not display the Website, its content, or any part of it (including the site name and/or URL) within another website.
• You may not harm other users of the Website in any way.
• You may not attempt to circumvent any security software on the Website or damage it.
• The business owner reserves the right to block any user who violates these terms and to take legal action.

Exchange and Return Policy: As determined by the business owner.
Cancellation of a product purchase / booking / course registration by the business owner:
The business owner reserves the right to suspend activity on the Website at any time or cancel a purchase / booking / course registration in the following cases:
If the product / service / course is unavailable after the purchase is completed.
If user or payment details are incorrect.
In any case where the business owner is prevented from providing the product / service / course due to force majeure, including computer failures, pricing errors, telephone system failures, or any other incident.

Bookings and Appointments:
The Website allows users to book appointments according to availability.
A booking is binding, and the user must attend at the scheduled time.
Any cancellation or change is subject to the cancellation terms published on the Website.
We do not guarantee that the system will be free of technical failures or interruptions; in such cases, rescheduling may be offered without monetary compensation.
The user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of booking details entered (name, date, time, contact method).
If the user fails to attend a booked appointment, the booking is considered cancelled and the business owner has no obligation to refund or provide an alternative appointment unless explicitly stated in the service terms.
The business owner reserves the right to modify or cancel any booking due to emergency or operational circumstances, with notice to the user as soon as possible and without monetary compensation.

Course Registration:
The Website provides course registration according to available seats and dates announced by the business owner. The business owner is not responsible for obligations beyond those stated in the course details.
Registration fees are non-refundable except when the course is cancelled by the business owner. The business owner is not responsible for trainee absence or withdrawal after the course begins.
The business owner does not guarantee specific results from participation in courses; benefit depends on the trainee's commitment and effort.
Course dates may be postponed or modified for operational or emergency reasons; participants will be notified as soon as possible, and continued participation constitutes implicit acceptance of the change.
The business owner is not responsible for technical failures or internet or payment system interruptions beyond its control that may affect registration or course participation.

Purchases:
Any person holding a valid Israeli ID card, a company legally registered under Israeli law, a legal partnership, or a valid credit card on the day of purchase may purchase products on the Website.
The user confirms that the credit card used is valid, belongs to them or to the company on whose behalf the transaction is made, and that they are authorized to complete the transaction.
Payment is accepted by credit card, BIT, or cash only (other payment methods may not be available on the Website).
The Website / business owner reserves the right to suspend any payment method, allow additional payment methods, and apply different payment arrangements for credit card types or payment methods it accepts.
Shipping dates are calculated only from the date the credit card company approves the transaction. If the credit card company declines the transaction, the order is considered rejected.
By providing an email address / phone number, the user agrees to receive messages from the Website regarding the submitted order.
The business owner reserves the right to stop marketing and selling a product at any time and to cancel the right to purchase at its discretion.

Products are displayed on the Website with descriptions and prices that are as accurate as possible.
Actual product colors or details may differ from images for technical or manufacturing reasons.
Completing a purchase and successful payment constitutes a binding commitment by the user to buy.
Return or exchange policy (if any) is stated separately and both parties must comply.

Delivery:
Delivery information is available on the Website. Products will be delivered within 21 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed from Thursday at 2:00 PM until Saturday evening are considered Sunday orders.

Delivery to the customer's address – products will be delivered via an external shipping company to the address entered by the customer (within Israel), subject to customer availability as coordinated with the shipping company and according to the shipping company's policy.
The business owner ensures delivery to the address entered at purchase within 21 business days.
The business owner is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure or events beyond its control.
Products will be delivered to the address provided at purchase; the customer cannot collect from the store if home delivery was selected at purchase.
The customer may collect the product in person if selected at purchase, subject to product availability and prior arrangement.

Pricing Policy:
The amount paid by the customer is the price shown on the Viola website at the time of purchase as set by the business owner. The business owner reserves the right to change prices of products, services, or courses at any time at its discretion and may cancel any order, including orders placed at an incorrect price due to technical, human, or computer error.

Payment Methods:
Payment for purchases / bookings / course registrations on the Website is made using a valid credit card from an authorized Israeli credit card company, BIT, or cash. Other payment methods will not be accepted.

Warranty and Service:
Product warranty covers material defects in the product structure and/or operation caused by the business owner.
Warranty applies only to the customer holding the original proof of purchase made through the Viola website. The business owner may require proof of original purchase.
Warranty does not apply where the defect results from misuse.
The business owner is not liable for direct or indirect damage from use or misuse of the product, except where required by law. The customer bears responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to themselves, their property, or third parties resulting from use or non-use of the product, except where damage is caused solely by the business owner's negligence.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed exclusively by Israeli law and the competent court in the Haifa district, which has exclusive jurisdiction.
Masculine wording in this document is for convenience only and applies equally to all genders.
Purchasing products / booking / course registration through the Website is subject to the terms in this document.
Completing a purchase / booking / course registration on the Website constitutes the customer's acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This document constitutes a binding agreement between you and the business owner.
